CUSTOMIZING ORDERS

If you would like to personalize any part of your order, from wood type, color of item, font choice, wording, anything at all, please message me before ordering to make sure it is possible. I always try to accommodate in any way possible, if possible. Please keep in mind that customizing orders, depending on the request, may include a fee.
 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are completed in the order received. Customized/personalized orders can take 7-10 business days to customize and create item, then standard USPS 5-7 business day shipping after that. USPS is usually quicker then 5-7 business days, unless it's holiday season. I can guarantee your order being out in 7-10 business days, but once it is in USPS hands, it is up to standard postal delivery times.

 

RETURNS

The only items that are returnable are items that are not personalized. Any customized products are not returnable or refundable. Please double check spelling when placing order.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your item is packaged and a tracking number is created, you will get an e-mail with your USPS tracking number.

WHOLESALE

At the moment I am not doing wholesale orders; however, message me if you need a large order to see if we can come to an agreement on a wholesale-like price.
